Full Time Security Supervisor Jobs, in Woh Hup Group Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily security operations at assigned construction sites.
• Monitor and manage the deployment and performance of Security Officers.
• Ensure proper access control for personnel, visitors, contractors, and vehicles entering and exiting the site.
• Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify potential risks and security breaches.
• Monitor the movement of construction materials, equipment, and company assets to prevent theft or unauthorized removal.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns, and prepare incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies, site rules, and client requirements.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, contractors, and relevant authorities on security related matters.
• Maintain accurate security records, attendance logs, visitor registers, and daily occurrence reports.
• Adherence to safety in the workplace.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in a construction environment.
• Relevant certifications in security or law enforcement are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, CCTV technology, alarm systems, and access control systems
• Basic knowledge of computer usage for reporting and documentation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of security protocols, emergency procedures, and risk assessment methodologies
• Takes responsibility seriously and demonstrates reliability in handling security matters.
• Physically fit and capable of performing security duties effectively.
