About the role

Elliott Scott HR is partnering with a leading financial services firm to appoint a Reward Specialist in Singapore. This role will support total rewards programmes, with a focus on compensation, benefits, performance reviews and rewards governance.

Summary of the Role and Key Responsibilities

• Support annual salary reviews, incentive processes and performance & rewards cycles.
• Conduct market benchmarking, compensation analysis and pay positioning reviews.
• Provide rewards advice to HR Business Partners and business stakeholders.
• Support job evaluation, grading and job architecture initiatives.
• Manage employee benefits, recognition and wellbeing programmes.
• Ensure compliance with reward policies, governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to rewards projects.

Key Skills Required

• 6+ years of experience in Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of compensation programmes, benefits and incentive structures.
• Experience in salary reviews, market benchmarking and rewards analytics.
• Understanding of job evaluation, pay governance and internal equity.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within financial services or a multinational organisation is advantageous.
