Full Time Director (Data - AI Advisory) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 18,000 in ACCESS PEOPLE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

On behalf of our client, an established technology consulting firm, we are seeking a senior client leader for their Singapore practice. The role combines business development with executive oversight of delivery across a portfolio of enterprise accounts, with a focus on data and AI led transformation in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop a pipeline of new advisory and implementation work with large organisations, with a focus on financial services and other regulated sectors

• Act as senior relationship owner for a portfolio of key accounts, building trust with C-level and business leaders

• Lead pursuits end to end, from qualifying opportunities through solution shaping, pricing and contract agreement

• Work with major cloud and data platform vendors on joint account planning and go-to-market activity

• Provide executive oversight of live engagements so that outcomes, client satisfaction and commercial targets are met

• Guide clients through organisational and technology change, including adoption of new tools and ways of working

• Manage forecasting and revenue reporting for your portfolio

• Coach and support the consulting teams working on your accounts

Requirements

• Experience in a client facing leadership role within consulting, systems integration or professional services in Singapore

• Demonstrated success winning and leading large, multi-phase data or digital transformation programmes

• An established network among senior leaders in financial services or other regulated industries

• Sound grasp of modern data, analytics, cloud and AI capabilities and how they create business value

• Experience co selling alongside cloud hyperscalers or data platform providers

• A background in programme delivery and change management

• Commercial discipline in forecasting, pricing and negotiation, with familiarity with the regulatory environment
