Responsibilities
- Book appointments over the phone and serve walk-ins based on availability
- Maintain updated client records (e.g. contact details and treatments)
- Cross-sell therapies and beauty products, when relevant
- Consulting with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols within the beauty industry.
- Keep track of levels of stock (e.g products, lotions, cleansers)
- Adhering to health and safety regulations while performing beauty treatments.
- Ability to stay calm and professional when dealing with difficult or demanding clients. Skills to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
- Ability to multitask, manage schedules, and oversee daily operations efficiently.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
