Sales Management

·      Support B2B sales operation

·      Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients

·      Generate and follow up on sales leads

·      Support sales negotiations and client agreements

·      Monitor sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets

Client Relationship Management

·      Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients

·      Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions

·      Handle client enquiries and follow up on requests

·      Coordinate with internal teams to fulfil client requirements

Reporting

·      Support the day-to-day operations of the B2B business

·      Track sales performance, leads and business opportunities

·      Assist in performance reports

·      Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities

·      Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business activities

·      Any other ad-hoc duties/projects as per assigned
