Health Lane Family Pharmacy is looking for a motivated Supervisor or Assistant supervisor to lead our store team! If you're a people person with a passion for sales, strong leadership skills, and a drive to achieve results, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets
• Monitor store performance, sales, and KPIs
• Ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Manage inventory, merchandising, promotions, and store standards
• Train and develop team members for better performance

Who We're Looking For:

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
• Experience in retail, sales, or team management is an advantage

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
