Institutional Operations Executive
A global financial services firm specialising in online trading and investment is looking for an
Institutional Operations Executive
to support the end-to-end technical and operational needs of its institutional client base. The role covers client onboarding, connectivity and UAT through to ongoing trading support, system configuration and engagement with internal teams and third-party technology providers.
Key Responsibilities
Support institutional client onboarding, UAT, system launches and technology/product implementations.
Manage system configurations and operational processes across the institutional technology stack.
Liaise with IT, Networks, Operations and Product teams to implement client requirements.
Manage connectivity between clients, internal systems and third-party providers, including trading platforms, bridges and ECNs.
Support ongoing trading activity and resolve operational/technical issues.
Contribute to technology, product and process improvements.
Build strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and external technology providers.
Key Skills & Experience
Experience in institutional electronic trading, financial markets operations or a similar environment.
Experience with technology implementation and business process change.
Knowledge of APIs / Web Services; FIX experience highly desirable.
Understanding of institutional derivatives and electronic trading preferred.
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Commercially minded with a strong client-service focus.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
