Demonstrated ability to personally develop, film and edit videos, with examples showing your contribution to the finished content.

Confidence and a natural presence in front of the camera, with clear delivery and the ability to engage viewers.

Fluent spoken Mandarin and strong Chinese writing skills, as this role involves presenting Mandarin videos, hosting livestreams and creating Chinese-language content.

Working proficiency in English; Bahasa Melayu is an advantage.

Proficiency in CapCut Pro or similar video editing software, including editing pace, subtitles, music and basic audio adjustments.

Comfortable filming with a smartphone or camera and setting up basic lighting and sound.

Previous livestream hosting experience is an advantage. Strong on-camera communication skills and willingness to develop as a host are essential.

Ability to take a content idea through to publication independently, alongside effective collaboration with colleagues.

Plan, script, film and edit short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu.

Appear regularly on camera to present jewellery, explain promotions, share styling and gifting ideas, and answer common gold-buying questions.

Create relatable, UGC-style content, including product try-ons, shopping guides, in-store stories and conversational videos.

Assist in digital marketing activities, including running digital advertisements through various platforms like Google and Facebook to broaden the outreach of the brand.

Write engaging Chinese captions, video scripts and social media posts tailored to Malaysian audiences.

Maintain a content calendar and manage the timely creation and publishing of social media content.

Monitor social media trends and competitor content to identify relevant ideas for Emas MAX.

Review content and livestream performance, using audience engagement, watch time and customer enquiries to improve future content.

Work closely with marketing and retail colleagues to support brand campaigns, promotions and ensure accurate product information and consistent brand messaging.
