Our client, an established financial institution, is seeking an experienced Custody Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end custody operations across securities settlement, asset servicing, reconciliations and operational controls.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing custody transactions, corporate actions, income processing and settlement activities, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of exceptions. The role also involves working closely with sub-custodians, front office and internal stakeholders to support custody services across traditional securities, precious metals and digital assets.

You will play an important role in managing operational risks, strengthening controls and driving process improvements. In addition, you will support new market initiatives, product launches, system enhancements and provide functional guidance to the team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in custody operations, securities settlement, asset servicing or post-trade operations within a bank or financial institution. Strong knowledge of custody processes, corporate actions, reconciliations and settlement practices is essential.

We are looking for a hands-on professional with strong analytical skills, sound risk awareness and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
