Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Learning & Development
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to structure, design, and digitize e-learning content using available tools.
Drive digital content creation initiatives to meet business needs
Assist in the review and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), including report customization and user experience optimization.
Support the development of pre- and post-training workflows and automation using existing platforms.
Partner with Global Communications to create internal broadcasts, emails, and videos for learning events.
2. Competency Framework
Contribute to the planning and implementation of commercial competency standards in the region
3. AI Upskilling
Support the rollout of AI cultural activation to encourage employees to embrace AI in their daily work
4. Ad-Hoc Projects
Support other ad-hoc tasks related to digital learning, employee development, and user experience.
Requirements
Education
: Students majoring in Business, Social Sciences, Information System, AI, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent are welcome to apply.
Skills
: Strong interest in learning technologies, AI, corporate training and upskilling.
Attributes
: Self-motivated, meticulous, and organized. Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
