Core Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare high-quality meals and signature dishes quickly according to standard recipes. Ensure food portions and plating meet company benchmarks.
• Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain clean and sterilized cooking stations, food preparation areas, and cooking utensils before and after peak hours.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor supply levels, manage the kitchen budget, and order raw ingredients as needed to prevent shortages during busy periods.
• Staff Supervision & Training: Schedule, train, and supervise kitchen assistants or assistant cooks. Ensure the stall runs smoothly and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Customer & Operations Coordination: Address and efficiently resolve customer issues regarding food orders while coordinating with the front-of-house or cashiers.
