Full Time Workshop Executive (Kuantan) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,499 in Franky Construction Pahang - Maukerja

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant workshop, maintenance, or supervisory experience.

- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

- Good knowledge of workshop operations, maintenance procedures, and safety practices.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance record management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and supervise daily workshop operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.

- Plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance, repair, and servicing activities for vehicles, machinery, or equipment.

- Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor work progress to meet deadlines and quality standards.

- Conduct inspections and ensure all repair and maintenance work is completed according to company requirements.

- Maintain workshop records, service reports, job cards, and inventory documentation.

- Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement to ensure adequate stock levels.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and workshop procedures.

- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments regarding maintenance requirements.

- Investigate and resolve operational issues, equipment breakdowns, and customer complaints when necessary.

- Prepare regular reports on workshop performance, maintenance costs, and equipment status.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop efficiency and service quality.

- Train and guide workshop personnel on best practices, safety standards, and operational procedures.
