Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role is preferred.

Good communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

Able to monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and work performance.

Responsible, proactive, and able to assist in managing daily operations.

Able to solve minor operational issues and maintain smooth workflow.

Good teamwork skills and the ability to follow company procedures.

Willing to learn and support the Supervisor in daily duties.

Assist the Supervisor in managing daily staff operations.

Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and work performance.

Ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and according to company procedures.

Maintain workflow efficiency and assist in resolving minor operational issues.

Support the Supervisor in coordinating staff duties and daily activities.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
