Job Summary
You will assist the Operations Manager in coordinating daily operations, supporting field teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring smooth execution of bird control and environmental service projects.
Responsibilities
Assist the Operations Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily operational activities to ensure timely project execution
Coordinate work schedules, site assignments, and deployment of field personnel to optimize resource use and meet client needs
Communicate effectively with supervisors, technicians, workers, suppliers, and clients to maintain smooth operations and resolve issues
Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks, service requests, and site requirements to ensure completion and quality standards
Prepare and maintain operational documents, work schedules, service reports, and project records for accurate tracking and reporting
Arrange materials, tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) for site teams to support safe and efficient fieldwork
Track attendance, manpower allocation, and job completion status to maintain operational efficiency and resource management
Assist in preparing quotations, work orders, reports, and other operational paperwork to support project administration
Ensure operational activities comply with company procedures, workplace safety requirements, and client specifications to maintain standards
Support the Operations Manager in resolving day-to-day operational issues and improving work efficiency through proactive problem-solving
Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned to support overall team effectiveness
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in operations coordination, facilities management, construction, maintenance, logistics, or service operations is advantageous
Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory
