Full Time Production Support Analyst – Insurance Applications Jobs, in Dexian Asia Pacific Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a Production Support Analyst to support business applications, monitor system health and resolve routine production issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform application health checks, monitoring and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot incidents, manage service requests and escalate issues when needed.
• Handle user accounts, access requests and password resets.
• Monitor server resources and backups.
• Coordinate with users, vendors and technical teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in application or production support; insurance or financial services experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of AWS, SQL, APIs, Java or Node.js, and tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of AS/400, COBOL and Query/400 required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
