Full Time Procurement Executive and Account Payable Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Agensi Pekerjaan Mango Global Technologies WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Education: Minimum Diploma or above (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent).

Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Buyer / Purchasing or Accounts Payable operations.

Language Proficiency:Strong command ofMandarin and English (both spoken and written) is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and clients.

Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work fixed schedule hours based on the assigned role:

• Procurement: Permanent Night Shift OR Permanent Morning Shift.

• Accounts Payable: Permanent Morning Shift.

Availability:Able to start workASAP / Immediately.

Work Location:On-site inKL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.

Process daily Procurement / Buyer activities, including issuing Purchase Orders (POs), sourcing suppliers, and managing order timelines.

Handle Accounts Payable (AP) functions, vendor payment processing, invoice verification, and General Ledger (GL) reconciliations.

Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal cross-functional teams, external vendors, and clients to resolve procurement or financial queries.

Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with suppliers to achieve cost effectiveness and maintain product/service quality.

Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and accounting records in compliance with operational standards and corporate policies.

Support customer service desk inquiries and provide timely operational resolutions to maintain smooth business workflows.
