is seeking a
Medical/
Clinic Assistant
to join their dynamic team:
Employment Type:
Permanent
Position:
Medical/ Clinic Assistant (Aesthetic Clinic)
Location:
Central
Working Hours:
5.5 Days, capped at 44 hours per week (Closed on Sunday & PHs)
Salary Package:
Up to $2,600 + Commissions + Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
Support the doctor during aesthetic treatments and procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and patients before procedures.
Explain pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions to patients.
Follow up with patients after treatments and assist with appointment reviews.
Handle administrative duties.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic and treatment rooms.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an aesthetic, beauty, skincare, or healthcare environment.
Basic computer literacy.
Certifications in aesthetics, beauty therapy, or nursing will be an advantage.
Comfortable working retail operating hours.
