Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities in the showroom to meet operational targets and enhance customer experience
• Schedule and oversee team shifts to ensure adequate coverage and productivity
• Manage presale and post-sale processes to support customer needs and resolve issues promptly
• Oversee inventory control to maintain accurate stock levels and support sales demands
• Lead and motivate a small team to achieve sales goals and maintain high service standards
