Full Time Technician - Supplier Quality Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,700 in OSADI COMMERCIAL SUPPLIES SDN BHD Sarawak - Maukerja

Broad Function

• Perform measurement correlation activities with suppliers as assigned by SQE engineer/supervisor
• Perform material inspection, CoA buy off, & supplier SPC data package to ensure materials are meeting material specification.
• Ensure incoming materials is meeting WD specification and requirements
• On-hold and off-hold of problematic parts via eNCS/Oracle/physical
• Baby-sit SQE lead lot SAH/evaluation samples in production
• Carry out other SQE related activities as assigned by engineer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Regular:

• Perform measurement correlations
• Perform material inspections
• Handle data collection and review the charts. Report any abnormalities observe to respective SQE engineer/supervisor
• Perform material on-hold & off-hold
• Pull in samples from hub for evaluations purpose
• Baby-sit SQE SAH/evaluation samples in production

Irregular (if any):

• Attend trainings/briefing arranged by SQE engineers/Technicians
• Arrange return samples to suppliers
• During any material quality excursion, perform material inspection to identify Fit For Use materials to production line connectivity per the plan arranged by SQE engineer/supervisor

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Diploma Holder

SKILLS

• Computer literary and able to communicate in English
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Must be willing to adopt attitude of flexibility in long working hours
• Fresh grade preferred.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
