Job Description
Responsibilities
- To assist MD for the development of business strategies towards securing of projects, implementation of projects, achievement of customer satisfaction and meeting Company quality objectives.
- To work closely with MD to determine Company’s business development.
- To manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts.
- To analyze data and create reports to identify areas of business growth.
- To monitor local and federal regulations.
- To bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms.
- To recruit and oversee contractors and vendors.
- To track, monitor and evaluate monthly performance to meet Company objectives.
- To develop, train and motivate subordinates to excel in all Company projects or activities.
- To ensure the awareness of quality management system and its requirements by all subordinates.
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Quality System.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so set by superior.
Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
