Responsibilities

• Ensure daily warehouse or production activities are completed accurately and within established timelines.
• Coordinate inbound, outbound, picking, packing, inventory, or production activities as assigned.
• Monitor productivity, work quality, and operational KPIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate critical matters when required.
• Support inventory counts, stock takes, and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and system transactions.
• Minimize operational errors, damages, and discrepancies.
• Support supervisors and operational teams in maintaining smooth daily operations.

Requirements

Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or operations.

At least 1 year of supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.

Experience coordinating operational teams and daily activities is an advantage.
