Job Summary / 职位概述

Responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining manufacturing processes for aerospace-related equipment and precision components. The Process Engineer works closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to ensure efficient, stable, and high-quality manufacturing processes.

负责航空航天相关设备及精密零部件制造工艺的开发、优化与维护。与生产、质量、工程及维修团队紧密合作，确保生产过程高效、稳定并符合质量要求。

*Candidate required to speak, read and write in Mandarin

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

1. Process Development / 工艺开发

Develop and establish manufacturing processes for aerospace equipment and precision parts. 制定航空航天设备及精密零件的制造工艺。

Develop process flow, work instructions, SOPs, and process parameters. 编制工艺流程、作业指导书、SOP及工艺参数。

Evaluate new processes, machines, tools, and manufacturing methods. 评估新工艺、设备、工具及制造方法。

2. Process Improvement / 工艺改善

Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. 识别生产问题并实施纠正及预防措施。

Improve productivity, process efficiency, yield, quality, and cost. 持续改善生产效率、良率、质量及生产成本。

Conduct root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities. 进行根本原因分析及持续改善。

3. Production Support / 生产支持

Provide technical support to production teams for process-related issues. 为生产团队提供工艺技术支持。

Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and provide practical solutions. 分析及解决生产过程中的技术问题

Support machine installation, commissioning, and process validation. 支持设备安装、调试及工艺验证。

4. Process Control & Documentation / 工艺控制与文件

Establish and maintain process specifications and control methods. 制定及维护工艺规范和过程控制方法。

Ensure manufacturing processes comply with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. 确保生产过程符合工程图纸、产品规格及质量要求。

Prepare and maintain process documentation and records. 编制及维护工艺文件和相关记录。

5. Quality & Continuous Improvement / 质量与持续改善

Work with the Quality team to investigate process and product defects. 与质量部门合作调查工艺及产品异常。

Participate in FMEA, SPC, 8D, RCA, and other quality improvement activities. 参与FMEA、SPC、8D、根本原因分析（RCA）等质量改善活动。

Implement measures to prevent recurring defects. 制定措施防止问题重复发生
