Located at Tyreplus- Nova Autocare Eurika (Kota Kemuning)

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician with 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably within a reputable automotive service center.

• Possession of a Secondary School Certificate (SPM) or equivalent qualification is mandatory.

• Proficiency in utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify vehicle issues.

• Demonstrated expertise in performing a wide range of automotive repairs, including engine diagnostics and repair, brake system servicing, and suspension work.

• Solid understanding and practical application of preventive maintenance procedures to ensure vehicle longevity and performance.

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally to clients.

• Fluency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with the ability to converse and explain technical matters effectively in both languages.

• Physically fit and able to perform workshop duties.

• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
  
  

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on a variety of vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements, adhering to manufacturer specifications and company standards.

• Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment, accurately identifying root causes of problems related to engine, transmission, braking, suspension, and electrical systems.

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components and systems, identifying potential problems and recommending necessary repairs or replacements to ensure vehicle safety and optimal performance.

• Execute repairs on engine systems, including troubleshooting and fixing issues related to fuel, ignition, exhaust, and cooling systems.

• Service and repair brake systems, including replacing brake pads, rotors, and hydraulic components, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• Perform preventive maintenance services, such as fluid checks and replacements, belt inspections, and battery testing, to extend vehicle lifespan and prevent future issues.

• Effectively communicate with customers regarding vehicle condition, recommended repairs, and estimated costs, providing clear explanations and exceptional customer service.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all services performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings using the company's service management system.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies, repair techniques, and industry best practices through continuous training and professional development.
