Responsibilities
Assist with the provision of preventive and routine medical care under the guidance of the doctor and senior nursing personnel.
Monitor residents’ general health and participate in the coordination and supervision of routine medical and nursing care activities.
Supervise nursing aides and health attendants, provide guidance on their assigned duties, and monitor their work performance.
Respond to emergencies within the Home in accordance with established procedures and coordinate with the appropriate medical or emergency personnel.
