About the Roles

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects based in Woodlands and across islandwide sites on a permanent basis. This role follows a 5.5-day work week (Mon–Fri, 8.00am–6.00pm; Sat, 8.00am–1.00pm) and offers a competitive salary of up to $7,000, along with transport allowance and variable bonus. You will be responsible for driving project delivery from planning through to execution while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion across all stages of construction work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and manage project timelines, schedules, and key deliverables to ensure smooth execution
• Lead and coordinate project teams to track progress and achieve completion milestones on time
• Organise and maintain all project documentation, including plans, specifications, and requirements
• Review construction drawings, technical submissions, and method statements for accuracy and compliance
• Establish construction programmes and oversee on-site implementation of works
• Coordinate closely with clients, Quantity Surveyors, authorities, and subcontractors for project execution
• Enforce workplace safety and site security standards throughout project activities
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management to support project success

What We’re Looking For

• A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline
• Proven experience managing construction projects from planning through to site execution
• Ability to interpret and work with construction drawings, technical proposals, and method statements
• Strong understanding of workplace safety requirements and site management practices
