We're hiring for an established luxury watch brand looking for a Customer Service Associate to join their After-Sales Service team. You'll be the key point of contact for clients, supporting them throughout their after-sales journey and ensuring a smooth, premium experience.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with enquiries through phone, email and in person
• Provide information on products, warranties and after-sales services
• Guide clients on product care, maintenance and servicing
• Coordinate repair and service requests with internal teams
• Keep client and service records updated in the CRM system
• Handle client concerns professionally and work towards suitable solutions
• Follow up on service requests and keep clients updated on progress
• Support general administration and day-to-day operations of the department

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, attentive and comfortable handling different client situations
• Good problem-solving skills and able to manage enquiries independently
• Organised and comfortable managing multiple requests at once
• Proactive and works well within a team
• Interest in luxury products and watches is advantageous
