Full Time Operations - Technical Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in MYEG SERVICES BERHAD Selangor - Maukerja

Work Location: ZETRIX Tower, Empire City Damansara Perdana.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Supervision

- Lead, manage, and supervise the daily deployment and on-site performance of Solar PV Technicians.

- Ensure all tasks are completed according to the established schedule and operational standards.

2. Safety and Compliance (OSHA)

- Enforce strict compliance with Safe Work at Height (WAH) procedures and guidelines.

- Ensure that all safety harnesses, personal protective equipment (PPE), and operational tools are properly inspected, maintained, and used in accordance with JKKP regulations and safety requirements.

3. Quality Assurance (QA)

- Conduct pre-service and post-service site inspections to ensure that cleaning activities and preventive maintenance procedures meet all technical standards.

- Ensure that all work is carried out without causing damage to customers' property or equipment.

4. Technical Reporting

- Prepare and submit daily reports covering site incidents, job completion status, and technician performance metrics to the Project Manager.

- Maintain complete and accurate operational records for internal monitoring and review.

5. Ad Hoc Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to urgent technical issues and operational challenges in the field.

- Assist in conducting technical training programmes for newly recruited employees and perform other duties assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
