Full Time Assistant Manager, Retail Marketing Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in MAHNAZ RETAIL SDN BHD (Mahnaz Food) Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly and seasonal marketing plans, including festive campaigns, product promotions and outlet-specific activities.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across retail outlets, ensuring promotional materials, product displays and campaign instructions are delivered accurately and on time.
• Work closely with Retail Operations, Purchasing and Inventory teams to align promotions with product availability, pricing, margins and sales targets.
• Develop promotional partnerships with shopping malls, banks, loyalty programmes, corporate organisations and other relevant partners.
• Coordinate social media content, digital advertising and online promotions with internal teams or appointed agencies.
• Organise product launches, sampling activities, roadshows, mall events and new outlet opening campaigns.
• Oversee the preparation of posters, banners, table tent cards, product information and other marketing materials, ensuring consistent branding and accurate promotional terms.
• Brief outlet teams on campaign mechanics, voucher redemption and product selling points to support effective execution and upselling.
• Conduct outlet visits to review promotional displays, gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve local marketing.
• Monitor campaign performance through sales results, voucher redemptions, customer engagement and marketing expenditure; prepare reports with recommendations.
• Manage approved marketing budgets, obtain supplier quotations and coordinate vendors to ensure timely delivery and value for money.
• Monitor competitor promotions, consumer trends and market developments to recommend suitable marketing initiatives.
• Guide marketing team members and coordinate their work to meet campaign deadlines and quality standards.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
