Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Logistic/ Transportation/ Warehousing/ Inventory Management or equivalent.

Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field.

Required Language: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

Excellent negotiation skill and communication skill, both verbal and written,

Self- motivated, dynamic, responsible, good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Skills Required: Customer service, Documentation, Analyzing Information, Problem Solving and Market Knowledge.

Assist in coordinating the shipment process, including booking, documentation, and tracking.

Communicate with customers, liners, and related parties to ensure timely and accurate shipment arrangements.

Prepare shipping documents, such as bills of lading, customs declarations, certificates of origin etc.

Assist in coordinating transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure on time pick-up and delivery.

Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management.

Coordinate with logistics service providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics solutions.

Accurately enter and maintain data in relevant systems and databases.

Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation requirements.

Review the job file check list to ensure all required actions have been completed

Assist in addressing customer inquiries and providing status updates on shipments.

Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and address their operational needs.

Identify opportunities for process improvement within the operations department.

Propose and implement streamlined processes and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
