Possess a diploma / degree in Engineering, Marketing or any related field

Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in similar industry is required

Proficient in using Microsoft Office application such as power point, excel and word

Capable of preparing sales forecast, report and maintaining accurate client database

Dynamic, ambitious and self motivated with a results oriented approach

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues

Basic negotiation and persuasive selling skills

Strong organizational and time management skills to priorities tasks and meet deadlines

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company

Forecast monthly sales and conduct market analysis to support target achievement

Prepare sales quotation and proposal tailored to client needs

Attend and follow up customer inquiries , feedback and correspondence

Maintain strong relationship with existing clients to ensure future business growth

Build and expand the customer database while preparing client visit reports

Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty

Perform costing function , including product and sales costs, product development costs and related process

Review cost breakdown to ensure accuracy and completeness

Work closely with internal teams, including Project team, to achieve targeted business goals and ensure timely delivery of products

Liaise with customers to gather market information and develop effective strategies

Prepare and submit weekly visit reports and progress updates

Attend departmental meetings and contribute to strategic planning

Perform any other duties assigned by the superior , whether expressed or implied
