Our member company is seeking a meticulous and motivated Customer Service (IT Products and Services) to join the team In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting sales activities through customer outreach, lead management, CRM administration, quotation preparation and customer service to drive business growth and sales performance.

Job Description

• Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers, maintain customer databases, and achieve daily call targets
• Manage sales leads, opportunities and follow-ups through HubSpot/CRM, ensuring accurate updates, reporting and pipeline tracking.
• Respond to customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and provide product information to support sales conversion.
• Monitor product costing and maintain up-to-date product knowledge through technical and sales training.
• Perform administrative and sales support duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and customer service

Job Requirements

• Knowledgeable in IT Products and Services
• Candidates with customer service experience are preferred
