Credit Collections Analyst, Senior (Full time, Possible to Hybrid)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Salary: RM 4,500 - RM 6,800

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end O2C process and cross-functional coordination
• Contact customers via phone/email to collect on delinquent accounts
• Analyze data to verify information and uncover collection issues
• Resolve complex queries and provide training/mentoring to team members
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and collection efforts
• Prepare and present collection reports
• Ensure compliance with SOX, US GAAP, and local statutory regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Act as a backup to the supervisor in daily operations

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of work experience within finance/credit & collections
• End-to-end understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
• Experience contacting customers to resolve delinquent accounts
• Strong analytical research and problem-solving skills
• Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and US GAAP is an advantage
• Continuous improvement mindset (LEAN Six Sigma is a plus)

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,800.00 per month
