Job Description

Requirements

  • Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken & written)

  • Basic English & Bahasa Malaysia

  • Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn

  • Familiar with social media messaging platforms

  • Sales experience is an added advantage

  • Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor

  • Salary : RM3,000 – RM7,000 (Basic + Incentive + Performance Bonus)

  • Working Hours : Mon–Fri: 9AM–5.30PM | Sat: 9AM–1PM

Responsibilities

  • Reply customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook & phone

  • Prepare quotations & sales orders

  • Follow up with customers and assist the sales team

  • Update customer records and basic reports
