Full Time QUANTITY SURVEYOR (PROTEGE) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Laras Jaya Sarawak - Maukerja

Requirements:

- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform quantity take-off and measurement for various types of projects.

- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates and tender documents.

- Administer and manage contractual matters, including evaluation of variations, claims and contractual correspondence.

- Conduct cost analysis and prepare financial reports to support project budgeting and control.

- Prepare and verify monthly progress claims, work done certifications and payments recommendations.

- Coordinate and liaise with consultants, contractors and project teams to ensure accurate and timely cost reporting.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
