Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.

Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses for management review.

Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

Handle petty cash and manage expense reimbursements.

Support the finance team with ad-hoc administrative and clerical tasks.

Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
