Responsibilities
Benefits:
Basic Salary up to $2,400
AWS + VB + 14 AL + Other fixed allowances
Working days: 5.5 days/week (roster)
Able to commit to shift work (including Sat, Sun and Public Holidays)
Responsibilities:
Carry out regular maintenance and servicing of building facilities, machinery and equipment.
Attend to repair works, equipment breakdowns and tenants’ maintenance requests.
Monitor building systems, including BMS, chillers and cooling towers.
Maintain maintenance records and track spare parts usage.
Perform preventive maintenance and assist with equipment installation or relocation.
Report equipment defects, safety issues and major repair requirements to management.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum NITEC in building services / Mechanical & Engineering with relevant working experience in retail / commercial / hospitality properties.
