Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Willing to learn and able to follow instructions from the Head of Finance.
- Detail oriented, organised, and responsible in handling financial records.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Able to maintain confidentiality when handling financial information.
- Familiarity with SQL Accounting Software is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Financial Documentation and Filing – Organising and maintaining financial records and documents
- Preparation of Full Set Management Accounts – Assisting in the preparation of complete management accounts and financial reports.
- Preparation of Payment Vouchers, Invoices and Purchase Orders – Creating and processing payment vouchers, invoices and purchase orders using SQL Accounting Software.
- Other Finance task - Carrying out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Head of Finance/Executive as required.
