Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily construction site operations.

• Plan, coordinate and monitor construction activities to ensure timely project completion.

• Supervise site workers, subcontractors and ensure proper work allocation.

• Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications and safety regulations.

• Monitor project progress, work quality and site productivity.

• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors and project management teams.

• Prepare daily site progress reports and update management.

• Ensure proper use of construction materials, equipment and manpower.

• Identify and resolve site-related issues and operational challenges.

• Ensure compliance with MOM and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction site management experience.

• Good knowledge of construction processes, site supervision and safety regulations.

• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.

• Able to manage workers and handle site operations independently.

• Responsible, organised and able to work under pressure.

• Relevant experience in Singapore construction projects will be an advantage.
