Full Time Logistics Operations Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in B2K PET PRODUCTS PTE. LTD. North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.

• Arrange and monitor local deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment.

• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, transporters and warehouse teams on shipment arrangements.

• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery orders and logistics records.

• Monitor shipment schedules and follow up on delivery delays or discrepancies.

• Coordinate with warehouse personnel on stock movements, inventory accuracy and order fulfilment.

• Assist in inventory management, stock reconciliation and periodic stock-taking exercises.

• Handle logistics-related enquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant shipping and logistics regulations.

• Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs.

• Perform other logistics and administrative duties as assigned.
  

  Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline preferred.

  • Relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations or supply chain coordination is an advantage.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented, responsible and a good team player.
