Project Manager – Responsible AI & Enterprise AI Platforms 

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience leading complex technology and transformation programmes within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong experience in project initiation, business case development, funding approvals, procurement, vendor management, and delivery governance.
• Good knowledge of project governance, SDLC/SDM, risk management, and delivery controls in a regulated environment.
• Experience in Responsible AI, AI/GenAI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, or Digital Transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to engage business, technology, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
• Self-driven and resilient, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under pressure.

Technical Skills:

• Expert skills in MS excel, Excel Macros, MS power point, Sharepoint.
• Experience in Software Development Cycle and JIRA 
• Good data analysis skills
• Generative AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, AI Assistants)
• Prompt Engineering and AI Use Case Design
• Data Analysis and Visualization (Excel, Power BI, SQL)
• Process Automation (RPA, Power Automate, Workflow Solutions)
• AI Governance, Model Risk Management, and Responsible AI Principles
