Full Time Senior-Associate Executive, Finance Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,760 in KK WOMEN'S AND CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Support financial accounting, cash management and accounts receivable operations.
• Prepare journal vouchers and involve in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate long outstanding reconciling items.
• Assist in updating daily cash flow statement and support bank administration activities.
• Extract and reconcile credit card and NETS payment records from SAP and merchant portals on a daily basis.
• Investigate and resolve unreconciled transactions promptly, liaising with relevant departments where necessary.
• Monitor and clear outstanding transactions in SAP to ensure timely resolution.
• Verify non-patient billing and receipting transactions, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and posting.
• Prepare monthly schedules and clear open items in the GL accounts timely.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy with 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
• A resourceful and proactiveteam player with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
