We are looking for a motivated and responsible Junior HR Recruiter to join our team. This position is suitable for candidates who are interested in developing a career in recruitment, talent acquisition and human resources.

Job Responsibilities

• Post job advertisements on Indeed, social media platforms and other recruitment channels.
• Source and identify suitable candidates through online job portals, social media and internal databases.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates according to clients’ job requirements.
• Contact candidates to explain job opportunities and arrange interviews.
• Conduct initial candidate screening through telephone calls, WhatsApp or online interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, clients and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers and interview records.
• Assist with preparing recruitment reports and monitoring hiring progress.
• Support the HR team in other recruitment and administrative tasks when required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous recruitment or customer service experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates through telephone calls, WhatsApp, email and social media.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and online recruitment platforms.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Proactive, organised, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Other languages are an advantage.
