We are looking for an experienced
Employment Agency Sales Consultant
to develop and maintain employer clients, connect employers with suitable workers/candidates, and close recruitment deals.
Requirements:
Must have a CEI Certificate.
Must have relevant experience in manpower recruitment industry.
Knows how to process WP, S Pass and EP
policies and application
Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills.
Existing employer or worker networks will be an advantage
Able to independently develop clients, source candidates and close deals.
Attractive commission structure, with a profit sharing arrangement for successful application.
We are looking for results-driven professionals with proven industry experience and strong networks.
We handle Confinement Nanny, Domestic Helper and Blue Collar worker. We are a family oriented company and we value our staff. Flexible working environment.
