The opportunity
Our client is an established, high-growth cybersecurity technology company. Its platform helps large enterprises find and validate their security weaknesses before attackers can exploit them. Its customers include major global enterprises and critical infrastructure organisations. The team is mainly security specialists and engineers, and the business is now expanding its commercial presence across Asia Pacific.

They’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to win new enterprise business across Singapore and the wider APAC region.

What you’ll be doing

• Finding, qualifying and closing new enterprise opportunities, and owning the full sales cycle
• Building target-account plans and engagement strategies for your assigned industry verticals
• Working with sales leadership on accurate forecasting and pipeline management
• Explaining the platform’s value to senior technical and executive stakeholders, up to CISO and C-suite level
• Working with channel partners and resellers to progress and close deals
• Guiding and developing junior and mid-level sales team members
• Making sure customers get a high-quality experience from first conversation through to contract

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of direct B2B enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, either products or services
• A track record of selling into regulated industries such as banking, insurance or financial services
• A solid understanding of how large enterprises evaluate and buy security technology, and how to manage multi-stakeholder buying cycles
• Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, including how organisations currently test and assess their security, and the main vendors in the space
• Experience with a structured sales methodology such as Challenger, MEDDIC or similar
• Experience working with channel and partner networks
• A self-starting attitude: you’re comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving environment and don’t need hand-holding
