As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and committed Structural Construction Project Manager to join our team and be part of our exciting journey.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily site progress and ensure work is moving according to schedule.

- Plan project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.

- Monitor and push site teams and contractors to meet deadlines and quality standards.

- Take daily progress photos and maintain accurate site records.

- Liaise with suppliers to request and compare quotations; report findings to the office.

- Review and verify Bill of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender documents

- Coordinate with QS on progress claims, valuations, and certifications for both client and subcontractors.

- Ensure all variation orders (VOs) are properly evaluated, documented, and approved with QS input.

- Assist QS in cost comparison and analysis for materials, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction, with strong exposure to structural works
• Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or high-rise projects
• Strong knowledge of structural systems, construction methods, and materials
• Familiar with local authority requirements and construction regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
