Working Days:
Monday to Friday
Working Hours:
8:30am – 5:00pm
Job Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair works at residential and commercial properties.
Carry out basic electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing and general building maintenance.
Travel to different properties to attend to maintenance requests and breakdowns.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
Identify and rectify building defects and equipment faults.
Coordinate with contractors for servicing and repair works.
Maintain maintenance records and reports.
Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance.
Hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting and general repair works.
Able to read and understand electrical drawings.
Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence.
Willing to travel frequently between different property sites.
Able to work independently and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
Knowledge of air-conditioning, plumbing and fire protection systems will be an advantage.
