Role Description The MEP Coordinator will oversee and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across building projects, ensuring designs and installations are fully integrated and compliant with project requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, working closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and BIM specialists. Daily responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specifications, resolving coordination clashes, monitoring site progress, and supporting construction teams with technical guidance. The coordinator will participate in meetings, prepare reports and documentation, and ensure MEP works are delivered on schedule and in line with quality and safety standards. The role also involves liaising with clients and consultants to address design issues and support smooth project execution.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in MEP Coordination and a solid understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Candidates should possess skills in Plumbing and Building Services, with knowledge of relevant codes and industry standards.
• Candidates should possess skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and be comfortable working with coordinated BIM models for MEP works.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related engineering disciplines.
• Experience in construction or building projects, preferably in an on-site coordination or engineering role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BIM models.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with local building regulations, safety practices, and quality standards in Singapore is an advantage.
