Full Time Purchasing Officer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in COILCRAFT SINGAPORE PTE LTD East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

To manage daily purchasing activities, ensure timely procurement of materials and services at competitive prices, and maintain adequate stock levels to support the company's operational requirements.

Job Duties :

• Process purchase requisitions and prepare purchase orders (POs)
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and service
• Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and payment terms
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods
• Monitor outstanding purchase orders and update delivery schedules
• Coordinate with internal customers to meet purchasing requirements
• Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and identify potential new suppliers
• Support interplant materials purchases and ensure timely delivery
• Handle urgent purchasing requests and resolve delivery or material discrepancies

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferre
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email applications
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
