Job Summary

Lead and coordinate project planning and execution to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of structural repair and refurbishment projects while managing resources and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Administer project planning and project execution
• To study drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
• Willing to learn and hands-on
• Interested in doing technical sales
• Manage Workers and Supervisors and able to work well and corporate in a team.
• Liaise with client, consultants & main / sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement
• Perform site inspection and ensure all project activities are performed productively and are in accordance to specification and schedule, in the most efficient and cost effective manner
• Assist in cost control and estimating activities;
• Planning and deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material
• Preparation of report, Method Statements and technical submissions
• Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients’ specifications
• Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace
• Prepare job completion record progressively
• Continually seek improvements in the work systems
• Ensure all company reports and documentation are completed accurately and on time;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project and company needs

Required competencies and certifications

Possession of a Class 3 driving license

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering recognized by PE Board

Specialize in Structure repair/strengthing/ Flooring/ waterproofing/ Refurbishment/ Grouting Works
