Full Time PURCHASER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,500 in LY Construction Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

• Receive and process material purchase requisitions (PR) from project site personnel and relevant departments.
• Source and identify suitable suppliers, vendors and subcontractors for construction materials and equipment.
• Request and obtain quotations from suppliers for price comparison and evaluation.
• Prepare quotation comparison sheets and purchase orders (PO) for approval.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules and other purchasing conditions with suppliers.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the project site.
• Coordinate with site personnel, storekeepers and project teams regarding material requirements and delivery arrangements.
• Maintain proper procurement records, including quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices and supplier information.
• Monitor supplier performance, material quality and delivery status, and report any procurement issues to management.
• Prepare purchasing reports and maintain an updated procurement tracking list to ensure materials are available according to the construction programme

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
